Topic: Web-Sync
Problem: When Web-Syncing, I receive error message “-10- Failed to Sync Stats!!”
Questions:
Resolution 1:
This is a normal behavior and typically happens when you report at the beginning of the season. Since you are only web-syncing the schedule and roster, there are no stats to Web-Sync. The schedule and roster were reported successfully.
Resolution 2:
Try Web-Syncing again. Sometimes congestion on the site causes the web-sync process to fail. Try again and the information should go through.
