Problem: 
When attempting to Web-Sync, I receive message, “Error: MSXML Not Installed.”

Resolution:
The Webcast installs automatically when DakStats is installed. If necessary, go to www.dakstats.com and try reinstalling DakStats. On rare occasions, it may be necessary to install MSXML from the Microsoft website. Search for the latest MSXML install from www.microsoft.com.

More information:
While you may not utilize the Webcast feature, DakStats needs certain components within the Webcast installation in order to Web-Sync. Without the Webcast feature installed, you will not be able to Web-Sync or export games as XML.
