Topic: Web-Sync
Problem:
On the Web-Sync site, a player’s career stats are wrong.
Resolution:
- Go to Web-Sync > Setup.
- Select your Web-Sync profile and enter your password
- Click Advanced Features, and then click Career Ids.
- Make sure that the name in the list to the right matches the name listed to the left.
- If the player is a freshman or it is their first year playing, select Add New Player from the drop down on the right.
NOTE: Occasionally coaches or SIDs will notice statistics are missing from previous seasons because games were not Web-Synced before the deadline set by the associations. We generally adhere to the policies set by the organizations in regards to amending final stats. It is important that teams submit final stats at the end of each season.

Players are assigned Player IDs in the Web-Sync system. For career stats to be accurate, the player’s ID must be the same across all seasons.
