No leagues or associations in dropdown while creating a Web-Sync profile

Problem:
When adding a Web-Sync profile, there are no leagues or associations in the dropdown.

Questions to Ask:

Did you click the Update Leagues button? If no, go to Resolution 1.

Do you know what your permissions are on the computer?

NOTE: If you are unsure of the answers to the above questions, you can also check. To do so, open "My Computer" and go to "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\DakStats(R) Baseball (or the applicable sport)". Attempt to create a new folder within the sport folder. If it tells you that you do not have permissions to do so, go to Resolution 3.

Resolution 1:
Click the Update Leagues button. If no leagues or associations show up yet, read on to Resolution 2.

Resolution 2:
Have the IT Department ensure you have, at the very least, read, write, and delete permissions in the "C:\Program Files\Daktronics" folder and its subfolders. Ideally, the IT department should make you a Power User, but simply giving full permissions to the program directory works as well.

Some users do not notice the Update Leagues button.

The files used to store information in the "C:\Program Files\Daktronics" folder are needed in order to fill in the Leagues and Associations field. If the user does not have full control of this location, the software will not be able to access the files.
