Topic: Web-Sync
Problem:
When attempting to Web-Sync, I receive the message, “Your team does not exist in our database. The currently selected Team’s League ID was reset.”
Resolution:
Reset the team’s Team ID.
- Go to Configure > Teams.
- Select a team, and then click Look Up ID/Code.
- Click on the team in the list, and then click Select.
- Try to Web-Sync again.

This generally occurs if you do not have a valid Team ID entered on the Configure > Teams screen. If you cannot find your team listed under the Look Up / ID Code listing, click Update Teams. If you still cannot locate your team, contact dakstats@daktronics.com.
