Problem: 
When attempting to run reports, user receives the message, “There Are No Reports to Add to the Index Page.”

Resolution 1:
Update the database.

  1. Go to Configure > Season and System Preferences.
  2. Select each season and click Update.
  3. Close and reopen DakStats, and try to run the report again. 

Resolution 2:
This error may also occur if DakStats is setup to create the reports on a drive or directory that is no longer available. 

  1. Go to File > Print Season.
  2. Select the Other tab, and ensure the directory you are using is still available. 

Resolution 3:
Check the permissions for the user logged onto the computer when receiving the error. The account should have full control of C:\Daktronics and all subfolders as well as C:\Program Files\Daktronics and all subfolders.

More information:
If you recently updated your DakStats version or clicked the Update button on the Configure > Season and System Preferences screen, the connection to the database may have been lost.

If you had been saving your reports directly to a USB drive and it is no longer in the computer, the software doesn't know where to save the files.

If you do not have full control of C:\Program Files\Daktronics or C:\Daktronics, the software may not be able to create new reports in the directory.
