Problem:
When attempting to Web-Sync, the process gets to “Requesting master of list of schools...”, and then “Failed to load the response. Sync Failed!”

Resolution:
Have the IT department ensure DakStats is an exception to the firewall.

NOTE: If the school has a firewall program similar to Blue Coat that monitors web traffic going into the computer, it could be altering the data that is sent back to DakStats, so DakStats must be made an exception to that as well.

More information:
If the Web-Sync fails this early in the process, it is likely that something is blocking or altering internet access. DakStats and the Web-Sync site must be able to communicate in order for the Web-Sync process to work properly; firewalls hinder this process if DakStats is not an exception.
