Problem:
When Web-Syncing, I receive the error message: “Requesting Master List of Schools, Response Format was Incorrect” after the first step of the web-sync process.

NOTE: The “Response Format was Incorrect” message can be caused by other issues. This topic only applies if the “Requesting Master List of Schools” message appears immediately before the “Response Format was Incorrect” message.

Resolution:

1. Open DakStats and go to File > DakStats Web-Sync.
2. Select your Web-Sync profile then click Edit Profile.
3. Resave you profile and click Done.
4. Click Synchronize to finish.

More information:
This problem typically occurs after an update where we have had to change the location of the Web-Sync site.  Resaving the Web-Sync Profile updates the prior configuration in your DakStats to the new URL.
