How do I Register my DakStats Software?

Locating Your DakStats Serial Number

1. In the DakStats software, go to Help > Register.
2. Find the serial and version numbers at the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter the unlock code or user ID and Password that was emailed to you.
   
   NOTE:  Each download of DakStats software has a unique serial number. To manually register multiple copies of the same sport, you will need an unlock code for each serial number.
   To register online with a User ID and Password, you are able to unlock up to three (3) computers with your online registration information.

More Information:
When you install DakStats software, the 30-day demo will be active. Once you have purchased the DakStats software, registration is simple. Your registration information will be emailed to you when your order is processed. If you are downloading the software with the TeamUp promotion, click here to fill out the regsitration form to receive your unlock code.  

Vista or Windows 7

If you are operating DakStats on a computer with Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may need to be logged onto the computer as an Administrator to install the software. Registration is different, and you should follow the instructions below to register.

1. Right-click the DakStats icon on the Desktop, and select Run As Administrator.
2. Click Help > Register.
3. Enter the registration information into the Online Registration portion of the screen
   
   NOTE: If you do not have the appropriate registration information, please contact dakstats@daktronics.com with your serial number (found on the registration screen), your school name, and your contact information.
   
   
4. Click Register Online.
5. Close DakStats and reopen it as normal. It is only necessary to click Run as Administrator when registering the software.
