Problem:
Career stats aren’t appearing or are incorrect for players of previous seasons.
Resolution:
This occurrence can happen for one of the following reasons:
- Previous seasons are missing games or had duplicate instances of a player. This cannot be corrected. Once a season closes league mandates do not allow us to open it back up.
- The player is not linked to their stats from previous seasons. To correct this, do the following:
a. Go to Web-Sync > Setup.
b. Select your Web-Sync Profile.
c. Enter your Password. Email dakstats@daktronics.com if you need a password.
d. Click Advanced Features.
e. On the Web-Sync Advanced features screen, click Career IDs.
This screen displays your current roster on the left and last year’s roster on the right. Confirm for each player in your roster that the columns match. Players that are new this season should be identified as “New Player”. If they are incorrect, click in the left column and select the proper player.
