Taylor University and DakStats Basketball: Two-Click Entry Mode
"This season we switched to DakStats Basketball; we were interested in the Webcast capability and being able to Web-Sync immediately after a game without converting files.
Our DakStats-trained student was unable to attend a game, so I decided to try the Two-Click entry mode. I was impressed because there was virtually no learning curve in Two-Click entry mode. I was able to pick up the software within minutes of practicing on a game film.
The interface is not only very sharp looking, but it is intuitively designed and extremely easy to use. One of the best parts of the new Two-Click entry mode is the ease in which you can edit plays. Having used multiple software packages in several different sports over the last couple years, the Two-Click entry mode is by far the easiest to edit when you need to go back in and change a play.
Entering starters and substitutions is also much smoother in the new system. Keeping track of points in the paint, points off turnovers, fastbreak points, and second chance points is another great easy-to-use feature of the new software.
The new Lineup Analysis reports are a big hit with our coaches. The coaches can’t wait to see those reports after each game.
Overall, Two-click is easier to use, much more pleasing to the eyes, and, most importantly – easier on the blood pressure of an SID."
