DakStats and South Dakota Volleyball

We hope you will find the DakStats Volleyball software to be a valuable tool for tracking your match, season, and career stats. The SDVBCA has elected to use the DakStats Web-Sync service to compile the information you enter for each match into a statewide website.

On August 28th, DakStats will download your roster and schedule from the South Dakota High School Activities Association website, so you do not need to enter them into DakStats. Please make sure to have your schedule and roster entered into the SDHSAA website by August 27th so that the information is available to import.

Getting Started

1. Install the DakStats Volleyball software:
   - Download here.
   - Follow the onscreen instructions to install the software.
   
   
2. Register the DakStats Volleyball software:
   - Go to Help > Register.
   - Enter your Team ID in the Customer Id field and your Web-Sync password in
     the Password field.
   - Click Register Online.
   - Find your Team ID and password here.
   
   
3. Create a Season on the Configure > Season and System Preferences screen. You will be asked to create your Web-Sync Profile once you have created your season.
   
   
4. On August 28th, use Web-Sync to download your roster and schedule from the South Dakota High School Activities Association website.
   - Web-Sync by going to File > DakStats Web-Sync.
   - Enter your password and click Synchronize.
   
   
5. Enter Statistics
   - You only need to enter statistics for your team if using Box Mode.
   - You can print match and season stats at anytime.
   
   
6. Web-Sync
   - It is preferred that you Web-Sync after every match, but please do so at least
     once a week.
